My partner and I are Rent is about $1,053/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $270,000 on average. The median home value here is around $270,000, which seems about average. It's a a smaller city city with about 76,836 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What neighborhoods would you suggest? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
