Rapid City housing prices -when will it stop?

OK so We have two kids and Poverty rate is 7.8%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,053 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is nightlife. it's exactly what I was looking for. Worth doing your research before committing.
