First post here. It's a a small town city with about 7,153 people. Homes are going for about $226,300 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Rapid Valley sits at 286.3 per 100K. Poverty rate is 4.8%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What are your go-to spots? TIA! The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
