Is public transit usable in Ravenna?

I'm retired and Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $917 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What do you all think? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
