I'm single, late 20s, and Poverty rate is 15.8%, which is higher than I expected. Homes are going for about $214,800 on average. Household incomes average around $52,500 in Raymond. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
