Hey everyone, Rent is about $945/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $945 for rent here. With a population of 10,243, Raymondville is a small town. Homes are going for about $48,200 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
