From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The housing market is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The healthcare is honestly surprisingly good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
