Is it worth buying in Raynham Center?

Been meaning to ask this. Rent is about $1,738/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 16.5%, which is higher than I expected. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Pros:
- Low crime in most areas
- Good schools
- Active local events

Cons:
- Not very walkable
- Limited dining options
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Mosquitoes and humidity
There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
