Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. The median home value here is around $162,000, which is actually reasonable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I wrong here? Cheers. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
