Is it worth buying in Raytown?

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. Household incomes average around $67,227 in Raytown. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Charlotte it's average.
