Best and worst neighborhoods in Reading

Anyone else feel this way? I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $163,725 in Reading. You can expect to pay around $1,722 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,448 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Worth the trade-offs? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
