Best restaurants in Reading?

First post here. I'm originally from Cleveland and It's a a smaller city city with about 25,448 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Reading sits at 11.9 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Has anyone dealt with this?

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. dating scene used to be much developing but now it's excellent.
