Moving to Reading for work -advice?

I've been here for 8 years and The median home value here is around $741,100, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Anyone in a similar situation?

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in East area are improving. Kids love it here.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The cultural scene is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
