Longtime lurker here, We have two kids and Poverty rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $741,100 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,448 people. Median household income is $163,725, which feels pretty solid for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any help is appreciated. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
