First post here. I'm a college student here and Rent is about $1,722/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Reading? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
