I work in insurance and The unemployment rate is 7.5%, which is concerning. Homes are going for about $109,800 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I overthinking this? Thanks for reading. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
