Best industries in Reamstown right now

Been meaning to ask this. I'm retired and Crime rate is something to consider -Reamstown sits at 77.6 per 100K. The median home value here is around $289,400, which seems about average. It's a a small town city with about 3,445 people. With a population of 3,445, Reamstown is a small town. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a data analyst who relocated here from Charlotte about 5 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited shopping options

Financially, we've found it decent compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are competitive, gas is solid.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. No regrets on my end..

I work in engineering here and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The job market for my field is underrated. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
