The unemployment rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? Property taxes are high but you get good services.
