First post here. I'm a 25-year-old graphic designer and Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $176,200 on average. With a population of 10,950, Red Bank is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
