Is Red Bank a good place to live?

First post here. I'm a 25-year-old graphic designer and Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $176,200 on average. With a population of 10,950, Red Bank is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.
