Red Bank is underrated, change my mind

Curious what people think. I've been here for 18 years and Homes are going for about $176,200 on average. Poverty rate is 11.2%, which is around average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Came here for retirement and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The dating scene is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. pet-friendliness used to be much established but now it's tough.

Hot take but it was the best decision I ever made. I know a lot of people disagree but after 4 years here, that's my honest assessment.
