Biggest downsides of living in Red Bank?

Longtime lurker here, I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? Any help is appreciated.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much manageable but now it's underrated.
