Rent in Red Hill getting crazy

Not sure if this has been asked before, but My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 2,541 people. Rent is about $990/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Worth the trade-offs? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Moved here from LA about 14 years ago. I have mixed feelings honestly. Still getting used to walkability but Would recommend to anyone considering it..
