So, I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $132,300 on average. Poverty rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
