Internet providers in Red Lick?

First post here. I'm originally from New York and Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,718 for rent here. Household incomes average around $136,250 in Red Lick. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 14 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The South side vs the Downtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from Pittsburgh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Springfield. It's hit or miss for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in legal. If you're in hospitality you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Thai.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Hope this helps!.

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Midtown for 10 years. Moved from Phoenix for a job opportunity. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is hit or miss. We bought in 2023 at k and it's now worth up significantly than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 1-bed in a safe area. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable.

**Employment:**
marketing is strong here. healthcare is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are manageable for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
it exceeded my expectations. The outdoor scene is challenging - we have beaches within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Midtown schools are solid. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Urban sprawl is real. Far from beaches/mountains. And school system can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For singles, I'd say this is a 5/10. Definitely worth checking out.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a social worker who relocated here from San Diego about 1 years ago. The main reasons were family and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Decent public transit for the size
- Four distinct seasons

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited high-paying job options

Financially, we've found it improving compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are growing, gas is average.

Socially, it exceeded my expectations. Hope this helps!.
