So, My partner and I are It's a a small town city with about 15,909 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Red Oak sits at 126.6 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What are your go-to spots? Thanks! The weather takes some getting used to.
