Cheapest neighborhoods in Redan?

OK so With a population of 30,426, Redan is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $197,600 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Does this match your experience? The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'm a writer and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is decent and there's always something going on.

The food scene here is hit or miss. Tons of great Vietnamese places. I have mixed feelings honestly.
