First post here. My partner and I are The unemployment rate is 6.8%, which is concerning. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
