Honest thoughts on life in Redan

So, With a population of 30,426, Redan is a smaller city. Crime rate is something to consider -Redan sits at 3,154.7 per 100K. The median home value here is around $197,600, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 9.9%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value nightlife, you'll love it. The food scene is genuinely pretty good and I've found I love the pace of life here. My neighborhood (Sunset) is reasonable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Phoenix, be prepared for the culture shock. outdoor recreation is completely different here. And Traffic during rush hour is rough.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

If you value safety, you'll love it. The dating scene is genuinely pretty good and I've found I have mixed feelings honestly. My neighborhood (Uptown) is competitive and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from New York, be prepared for the culture shock. public transit is completely different here. And Rising rent and home prices.
