How is Redan for outdoor activities?

Been meaning to ask this. With a population of 30,426, Redan is a smaller city. Median household income is $63,226, which feels about average for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to Charlotte it's better than expected.

Bought a house here in 2018 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Weather-wise, the summers are surprisingly good and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.
