Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2005. With a population of 30,426, Redan is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $197,600, which is actually reasonable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. What would you do? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
