Hi all, Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $363,800, which seems about average. Homes are going for about $363,800 on average. Rent is about $1,323/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Redding sits at 667.2 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Anyone in a similar situation?
