Couple moving to Redding from out of state

Been living here since 2023. Household incomes average around $69,443 in Redding. Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to San Diego it's decent.
