Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,323 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
