Homes are going for about $363,800 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I work in retail here and I love the pace of life here. The job market for my field is hit or miss. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
