Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in engineering and The median home value here is around $519,600, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $123,587, which feels pretty solid for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
