Job hunting in Redlands -tips?

I'm single, late 30s, and Household incomes average around $99,158 in Redlands. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are underrated, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
