Moving to Redlands for work -advice?

Alright, I'm a college student here and The unemployment rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 72,985 people. Rent is about $1,883/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest?
