Curious what people think. My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $1,479 for rent here. Rent is about $1,479/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
