First post here. Been living here since 2014. Crime rate is something to consider -Redmond sits at 102.2 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
