Best coffee shops in Redondo Beach?

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a social worker who relocated here from Boston about 9 years ago. The main reasons were work and weather.

Pros I've experienced:
- Lots of new development happening
- Good internet infrastructure
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Can feel isolated
- Homeless population growing downtown

Financially, we've found it decent compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are established, gas is improving.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. Definitely worth checking out..
