My partner and I are The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 69,814 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up.
