Moving from Tucson to Redondo Beach next month
Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 11 years and Median household income is $144,588, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $2,562/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. What would you do? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
