Redondo Beach housing prices -when will it stop?

I'm single, late 40s, and Homes are going for about $1,225,400 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

I work in education here and it exceeded my expectations. The job market for my field is hit or miss. Definitely worth checking out..

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, Hope this helps!.
