Hey, Crime rate is something to consider -Redondo Beach sits at 237.1 per 100K. With a population of 69,814, Redondo Beach is a smaller city. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up.
