Hey, My partner and I are Rent is about $2,959/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $150,840 in Redwood City. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thoughts? Appreciate any input. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
