Job market in Reedley for tech?

Hi all, We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 7.7%, which is concerning. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Pittsburgh it's decent.
