Longtime lurker here, I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $316,200, which seems about average. It's a a small town city with about 5,370 people. Rent is about $1,570/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
