Been meaning to ask this. Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $328,100 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
