Unpopular opinion about Rendon

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think?

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Internet is hit or miss in most areas.
