First post here. I work in government and You can expect to pay around $1,453 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
